 Tabish has been a college advisor and has guided over 500 students through various parts of the college admissions process, particularly essay editing and revisions, application presentation, and extracurricular development. Proposed successful expansion initiatives, such as free webinars and an admissions chancing engine. As a fraternity president, he lead all 40-member chapter operations, including philanthropy events and social functions. Previously served as treasurer, managing all chapter spending and $25,000 budget. Conducted an energy audit of all 420 University of Chicago Physical Science lab spaces. Modeling energy usage by equipment source and by building and designing an initiative to reduce lab energy usage; my incentive-based program to encourage behavioral changes projected over $100,000 in savings. He has worked with a major architecture firm in NYC where he monitored residential building energy usage as well as analyzed and implemented sustainable, energy-reducing initiatives, such as a $50,000 LED lighting retrofitting project and low-energy gym equipment &

• Worked with BMW to help initiate the first residential car-sharing program in New York using electric vehicles. He hopes to help Leadership Program Participants with information addressing their queries related to college admission.
